Hannah's Happenings - 47 Days and Counting!

Hey Friends! Just thought I'd give a quick update on what's been going on:

We began training and preparing for National FFA Convention as a team on August 12th - 22nd at the FFA Center. The week consisted of getting our first looks at the scripts, re-writing our sessions and starting work on our retiring addresses.

The following week, we each conducted a partnership tour with a partner all around the country. Nessie and I traveled to Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas and Texas during our week; visiting companies like Cargill Meat Solutions, Great American Country (GAC), Fort Dodge Animal Health and Journal Communications. In total, we hit 4 states and 21 companies in 5 days! Talk about a fun road trip!

Then it was time to pick up on convention work again, where we are now, back in Indy. It's so exciting putting everything together and getting to see all the work that goes into putting on our convention. To put it simply - it's a BIG DEAL! Haha! Be sure to catch a ride to Indianapolis on October 21st - 24th so you don't miss it. I can't wait to see you there! :)

God Bless,
Hannah
