Randa's Journey :) Rose Bowl Parade

Hello friends!

Well the team just got back to Indy from our amazing experience at the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, California. We started off the trip by meeting up with the phenomenal representatives from each state that were also in the parade and we actually got to decorate the FFA float sponsored by RFD-tv!

The experience continued as the parade approached and we were given the chance to participate. It was quite the experience to travel down the parade route and share with many people just a glimpse of what all the FFA has to offer. The float ended up walking away the Craftsmanship and Showmanship awards given by the Rose Bowl parade so thank you to everyone for all of the hard work!

After the parade we were able to attend the actual Rose Bowl game!! Going to California was such a wonderful experience and we would like to say thank you to RFD-tv, the FFA staff and everyone who made this opportunity possible. We also absolutely enjoyed meeting and spending time with all of the state officers, they are an extremely talented group of individuals!

I was totally amazed as I watched the Rose Parade and saw that FFA float. I am so thankful that RFD-tv made it possible for the FFA to have the float in the parade. I was so happy to see my favorite organiztion with what i thought was the best float in the entire parade. It was a proud day to be in FFA.
