Catching up with Chase..... Level 5 Leadership

"Builds enduring greatness through a paradoxical blend of personal humility and professional will." A level five leader is someone who looks out the "window" to credit those who made the company great, and looks in the "mirror" to determine when something went wrong.
The Book Good to Great by Jim Collins has so many incredible points that are helpful to anyone in leadership, however, my favorite part of this book was the level 5 leadership model. We can all be more humble and strive towards that each day, on top of that look at ourselves when things go wrong. I encourage each person reading this to ask yourself an honest question. Where am I on the model? If your not level 5 that's okay, it just gives you something to strive for in the future.

Thanks for reading- Chase Rose
